The construction of Lancing Beach Care Home in West Sussex and was captured in full 4K glory by our time-lapse cameras, drone and filming services.

Lancing Beach is one of many care homes run by Anavo. It can be found in on the stunning West Sussex coast and is a stone’s throw from the seashore, offering stunning sea views and fresh coastal air. It’s eco-friendly and thoughtfully designed to enhance wellbeing and boost a sense of community and purpose, our residents are at its heart.

We created two films for the project, one showing the full construction process and the final filming combined, and the other showing only the completed facility, for use as a promotional and marketing tool. The film takes the viewer on a tour of the facilities at the beautiful Lancing Beach care home, and really shows off what makes it special. It’s a wonderful way to entice potential residents and their families as well as showcasing your abilities to future investors!

Avante Care & Support are building a new 70-bedroom care home at Lucks Hill in West Malling, Kent. We have time-lapse cameras on site capturing the ongoing work, and are also attending regularly with our drone to capture aerial footage for use as social media updates on the project.

We first visited the area before the diggers arrived, to capture the some pre-project aerial footage of the site. We returned a year later to record a fantastic start, and again in another year later to capture the amazing progress that had been made on site. You can really see the transformation in the films!

As well as being used on social media as the progress is ongoing, the drone footage will be combined with footage from our time-lapse cameras to add interest to the final film.

Anavo are building a new care home in Havant in Hampshire, and have asked us to capture the project with our drone. We first visited at the start of the project, returned partway through to record progress – and we’ll be back later in the project to capture more footage of the ongoing work!

The new state-of-the-art care home in Havant will feature 78 bedrooms, set in beautifully landscaped and accessibly friendly grounds. The H-shaped building incorporates five households in a part two, part three-storey design. The design uses the natural landscape to blend the care home seamlessly into its surroundings, minimising its impact while creating cosy and secure spaces for our residents to enjoy, both indoors and out.
