Lancing Beach Care home
The construction of Lancing Beach Care Home in West Sussex and was captured in full 4K glory by our time-lapse cameras, drone and filming services.
Lancing Beach is one of many care homes run by Anavo. It can be found in on the stunning West Sussex coast and is a stone’s throw from the seashore, offering stunning sea views and fresh coastal air. It’s eco-friendly and thoughtfully designed to enhance wellbeing and boost a sense of community and purpose, our residents are at its heart.
📷 Long Duration – For this project, our time-lapse camera was on site for 2 and a half years, capturing construction. The camera kept clicking, day after day, week after week and month after month. The reliability of our systems means that whether your project takes a few days or a many years, the cameras will keep clicking!
🌞 Solar powered systems & Flexibility – At first the cameras were solar powered, then later they were converted to mains, and later again they went back to being solar powered. The availability of power on a construction site often changes as things happen on site, and we are always happy to be flexible and make changes to our systems to keep them going – whether that be using mains, generator or solar power, 240 or 110v!
🛫 Drone – We were asked to capture drone footage part way though the project, as well as at the end. This footage was for used in progress reports/presentations and also creates added interest in the final film
🎥 Final Filming – Once the project was completed, we returned to site to capture the stunning finish and the fabulous internal details. Final Filming is a fantastic way to capture the quality of your work and showcase the stunning finish and fabulous internal details, and the use of drone helps to place the home in it’s spectacular surroundings and show off the superb views.
We created two films for the project, one showing the full construction process and the final filming combined, and the other showing only the completed facility, for use as a promotional and marketing tool. The film takes the viewer on a tour of the facilities at the beautiful Lancing Beach care home, and really shows off what makes it special. It’s a wonderful way to entice potential residents and their families as well as showcasing your abilities to future investors!
