Havant Care Home

Anavo are building a new care home in Havant in Hampshire, and have asked us to capture the project with our drone. We first visited at the start of the project, returned partway through to record progress – and we’ll be back later in the project to capture more footage of the ongoing work!

The new state-of-the-art care home in Havant will feature 78 bedrooms, set in beautifully landscaped and accessibly friendly grounds. The H-shaped building incorporates five households in a part two, part three-storey design. The design uses the natural landscape to blend the care home seamlessly into its surroundings, minimising its impact while creating cosy and secure spaces for our residents to enjoy, both indoors and out.

It will be BREEAM Excellent. With solar panels and a lush green roof, Anavo are committed to reducing their carbon footprint and creating a sustainable future, whilst providing the best possible environment for residents. This includes the latest best practise in dementia design.
