Lancing Beach is one of many care homes run by Anavo<\/a>. It can be found in on the stunning West Sussex coast and is a stone\u2019s throw from the seashore, offering stunning sea views and fresh coastal air. It\u2019s eco-friendly and thoughtfully designed to enhance wellbeing and boost a sense of community and purpose, our residents are at its heart.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\ud83d\udcf7 Long Duration \u2013 For this project, our time-lapse camera was on site for 2 and a half years, capturing construction. The camera kept clicking, day after day, week after week and month after month. The reliability of our systems means that whether your project takes a few days or a many years, the cameras will keep clicking!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\ud83c\udf1e Solar powered systems & Flexibility \u2013 At first the cameras were solar powered, then later they were converted to mains, and later again they went back to being solar powered. The availability of power on a construction site often changes as things happen on site, and we are always happy to be flexible and make changes to our systems to keep them going \u2013 whether that be using mains, generator or solar power, 240 or 110v!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\ud83d\udeeb Drone \u2013 We were asked to capture drone footage part way though the project, as well as at the end. This footage was for used in progress reports\/presentations and also creates added interest in the final film<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\ud83c\udfa5 Final Filming \u2013 Once the project was completed, we returned to site to capture the stunning finish and the fabulous internal details. Final Filming is a fantastic way to capture the quality of your work and showcase the stunning finish and fabulous internal details, and the use of drone helps to place the home in it\u2019s spectacular surroundings and show off the superb views.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

We created two films for the project, one showing the full construction process and the final filming combined, and the other showing only the completed facility, for use as a promotional and marketing tool. The film takes the viewer on a tour of the facilities at the beautiful Lancing Beach care home, and really shows off what makes it special. It\u2019s a wonderful way to entice potential residents and their families as well as showcasing your abilities to future investors!
